Fiber & Resin Weaving

Closed Machine Drilling
Use a closed machine for precise drilling to ensure regular holes without burrs and improve rim tightness.
Polishing & Inspection
Precisely polish the rim drilling positions and rim edges to improve surface smoothness and fit; at the same time, conduct comprehensive inspection of polishing effect and hole position accuracy to eliminate surface defects and position deviation.
Finished Product Inspection
Conduct a comprehensive finished product inspection on the rim, focusing on checking overall structural integrity, hole position accuracy, surface smoothness and disc brake mount adaptability, eliminate defects to ensure up-to-standard performance, and send it to the subsequent link after passing the inspection.
